Best bread in all of Lancaster county. Great owners who care about quality and the people they serve. Their pop up events are phenomenal and their baked goods are a must try!!

If you are looking for the best bread and pastries in Lancaster, PA, order from Elsewhere Bread! Lizzy and Eric are so dedicated to offering unique flavors that pair so well together while being super involved in their community. A lot of their pastries are made with local ingredients and support small businesses. It's also so easy to order bread and pick it up on your own time. 10/10 recommend this place and if you follow them on instagram, you can see when their popups are to get some special pastries!

The bread is good, I love ordering treats on their bun day and the pastries are top notch. The cardamon bun is simply such a good flavor combo - one of my favorites! Gotta remember to order ahead and pick up on the day of, I love looking forward to my treats during the week.

I was on the search for decent bread in the county for a long time. (Anyone from Lancaster knows it’s hard to find). I got my first order today and I’m very happy. I will be a return customer. I really enjoy the order+pickup setup that the company does.

Elsewhere bread is truly a one of a kind microbakery here in Lancaster city. Every item is thoughtfully sourced. The produce keeps in step with the seasons and the Lancaster county / greater Susquehanna Valley’s bounty. The owners do right by everyone and put their all into their products which is evident by the first bite! Make sure to order 2 days ahead as nearly everything on the menu is sourdough based. Seriously cannot go wrong with whichever item you choose!!!

I am visiting from Virginia this week. I took my mother out today exploring Lancaster. I had read a little about this sweet bakery tucked into the cutest neighborhood. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Lizzy. She is a lovely young lady!!!! Her sourdough bread is fabulous! Read her website, put your order in ahead of time. Highly recommend this neighborhood treasure!!

I recently found Elsewhere Bread while just look around on google maps. I put my first two orders in this week and everything I have gotten has been fantastic. Breads are good, and the cookies are great. It's a Nice change from the sweeter breads you find at the market.

I saw this place on google maps and really wanted to try it out since they do pastries I really love and miss. I got two cardamom buns which were lovely. It’s made with a rich bread dough, and its spice ratio is balanced. You do need to wait until you get a confirmation that your order is ready, so if you’re travelling to get your pastries, then just know it will be in the late afternoon (around 4pm) that it will be ready in a glass case. There is a big table outside, and I wasn’t sure if I could sit there since the case is next to Passenger’s training lab. But if Elsewhere Breads does have that table, then it would be great to eat some of their goods on a sunny day with someone. You also need to order a couple days in advance so they have time to make your order, so plan ahead! Make a day of it and go to a café, walk in a park, read a book. Elsewhere is a (very) hidden gem.

Picked up some semla buns today and I have to say that it was one of the best pastries I have ever had. Rich and complex flavor, just the right amount of each texture crunchy soft creamy and the bun was perfect.
